A loved story.
Celeste and Jesse met in high school and got married young. They laugh at the same jokes and finish each other’s sentences. They are forever linked in their friends’ minds as the perfect couple – she, a high-powered businesswoman and budding novelist; he, a free spirit who keeps things from getting boring. Their only problem is that they have decided to get divorced. Can their perfect relationship withstand this minor setback?

I expected only a funny movie. But I received a funny, dramatic, well acted and written movie with a good photography and soundtrack. Made my day!
It's hard to find a new angle on relationships - this movie hits you with an odd one right out of the box. Of course once that is out of the way the movie had to get on with the business of laying out the conflict that you can see coming ten miles away. Rashida Jones navigates all of this really well and the transformation of her character is delivered to us really well. And Samberg is excellent as well - the chemistry between them is undeniable. While the movie may have started out with an odd arrangement we are left with a sweet and very unconventional love story. follow me at https://IHATEBadMovies.com or facebook IHATEBadMovies
