definitely 8 movie but don't see any logic bringing baby to a battlefield...wasted time there
Four actors Four roles Four era An extraordinary acting
Lokesh assembled a huge cast and made a banger. Fahadh Faasil as Amar is the single most unsettling performance in recent times - cold, calculated, operating on a frequency nobody else in the film is on. Kamal Haasan's reveal is one of the great interval moments. And Suriya's Rolex cameo... the theatre lost its mind. The second half slightly loses the plotting tightness of the first. Doesn't matter.
Vikram Wonder of Lokesh Kanagaraj. Everyone's acting was brilliant, especially Kamal Hassan and Vijay Sethupathi. Completely engaging film experience from start to finish, keeping hooked to screen not even a single dull moment. 10❤- Masterpiece 💯 9❤- Excellent 8❤ - Amazing 👌 7❤- Great 🌞 6❤ - Good 👍 5❤ - Average 🤕 4❤ - Bad but watchable :octagonal_sign: 3❤ - Bad 😭 2😡- Awful :face_vomiting: 1:face_with_symbols_over_mouth: - Bull Shit
A very high-brow attempt at an incredibly routine plot. Only marginally better than Thoongavanam. A bit overrated because of Kamal nostalgia. I suppose the theater experience is a couple of notches better, but it doesn’t hold up to closer scrutiny.
