Synopsis
One night, 18 year old Lena is bitten by Louise, leader of a female vampire trio that are as deadly as they are beautiful. Her newfound vampiric lifestyle is a blessing and a curse at the same time. At first, she enjoys the limitless freedom, the luxury, the parties. But soon the murderous blood lust of her comrades in arms proves too much for her, and she falls dangerously in love with Tom, a young undercover cop.

The German vampire thriller We Are the Night takes an intriguing and refreshing look at the genre. The story follows a young delinquent named Lena who’s chosen by an elder vampire to join her coven of sister vampires. The directing is quite artistic and delivers some amazing scenes. And it presents an interesting mythology where vampirism has turned into a matriarchy that is tightly controlled. However, the storytelling doesn’t live up to the ambitions of the film; leave a lot of territory unexplored. Yet, We Are the Night is an exotic and stylistic film with a compelling story.

I like this german Vampire-Fantasy movie very much! not only because acting a bundle of top german actors but the plot served much cliches like Love, Romance and Trust with speed, action and special effects... recommended `[8/10]`
