Well....this was bad! :D If they wanted to use real serial killer (H.H. Holmes in this case), they should have use that story as a main focus, and I think that that would be a great movie, with a sick story. But here you have some backstory about him in like a sentence or two, and we see his picture in like the first 5 minutes, so you know what will happen in the movie :D No MYSTERY aspect at all! Bad script, bad dialog.... and that "white" guy!?? Why? What?? :D Ok, nice touch in the end with that twist, but...not enough for better rate... 4/10.

If you're looking for a scary hotel movie, book into the Overlook (The Shining). Still, this isn't a bad effort, but given a bigger budget it could have been a lot more inventive.
