A lot more dull than I was expecting. The courtroom drama was unexpected, but done well with a nice level of authenticity, until it's intercut with some really ridiculous action sequences, which pulls you right out of the movie. It's like Glickenhaus couldn't decide between which kind of movie he wanted to make. It's a shame too, since he had such a great cast.

Cop drama discovers a whole corrupt system behind the scenes. It's so sleepy and dull for far too much of the runtime. So unlike Glickenhaus' other films. The atmosphere's all here, the city grittiness... but hardly anything else gluing it all together. That one major chase through the city was pretty explosive
