The film isn't as terrible as many critics suggested but it does have its problems. The direction is often flat and lifeless, and the script isn't great. A politically sensitive situation such as the one depicted here needed a better and more telling film. It is watchable, however, and whilst I wished for a better film I didn't get bored.

So good, right? Maybe simplistic, though.
