Life made him tough. Love made him strong. Music made him hard.

A funny take on the generic biopic.
One of the funniest films. More people need to see it. The cameos are great, the story is interesting and hilarious. A must see if you're into the step brothers style humour. "get out of here dewey you don't want no part of this sh.."
Lots of stupid humour that will definitely make you laugh alongside some really good music and some hilarious celeb cameos
For a spoof movie it was honestly incredible. I’m already a fan of spoof movies but I also understand as part of the gimmick they are usually a little lower quality with an all over the place story line. Don’t get me wrong, this movie does have those qualities. But it also had an incredible way of tying it all together. Solid watch.
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story walks very hard in the first act but stumbles towards the middle. Still, it has the legs to stride past and step of the toes of most walking in its shoes. This parody of rock stars isn't just a successful satire of biopics and music in general, it also succeeds where other films of its ilk fail: it's a funny satire period. And cameos of Jack Black and Eddie Vedder?! Are you kidding me!? An instant classic and one of my top 10 comedies of all time.
