Hired killers by day. Devoted lovers by night. Until they found out their next assignment was each other.
Charley Partanna is a hitman who works for the Prizzis, one of the richest crime families in the US. When he sees Irene Walker, it's love at first sight. But he soon finds that she, too, is a killer for hire. Charley can overlook his suspicions, but he can't turn off his heart. And the couple must remember that even if they love each other, the Prizzis love only money.

The mafia caricatures and the forced, unfunny accent and direction of Nicholson made this one feel long. In a bad way.
Really bad. Tonally all over the place, distracting production and terrible ADR, and whatever Nicholson is doing with his accent, I needed it to stop.
This movie had a ton of A-list actors going for it, but that was about the best thing that you can say about it. It needed to be more of *something*. It wasn't funny, dramatic, thrilling, or even interesting. It was really just watching Jack playing a rather simple mobster in a role that was only briefly comedic. Such a waste. follow me at https://IHATEBadMovies.com or facebook IHATEBadMovies
Really Huston's godfather outranks Coppola's.
So apparently everyone on set hated Anjelica Huston when they should have been hating Jack Nicholson's ridiculous accent.
