Synopsis
Stoic and heartbroken, Einar Gilkyson quietly lives in the rugged Wyoming ranchlands alongside his only trusted friend, Mitch Bradley. This is like a good novel. There's a lot of metaphorical interactions between the characters and their individual situations. Each of those stories, about friendship, love, loss, living life or just living. Honestly I think this is one of Jennifer Lopez's best performances. Of course it doesn't hurt that is Robert Redford and Morgan Freeman. The unfinished life is in each of the characters, so it's a perfect title with the different stories of each of the main characters. It's a bit cerebral. If you like a great novel, you'll probably love it. If you prefer to be spoon fed, this probably isn't for you.
