Some stories deserve an encore.
Following the breakout success of the song 'I Can Only Imagine', MercyMe's Bart Millard is living the dream—sold-out arenas, a devoted fanbase, and a thriving career. But behind the spotlight, Bart's past threatens the family he's built, especially the fragile bond with his son Sam. When hopeful newcomer Tim Timmons joins the band for their biggest tour yet, he unknowingly brings a renewed gratitude to Bart's life through their unlikely friendship. Bart soon discovers that Tim carries hardships—and secrets—of his own, forcing him to face his past and repair his relationships with Sam and his wife Shannon before fame costs him what matters most.

I absolutely loved the first one and couldn’t wait for this sequel. No surprise here as I completely loved this. I wouldn’t say it was quite as good as the first but it’s basically on par. This was an excellent follow up and gave us a brand new story. I loved the added cast member of Milo Ventimiglia in this one. He played an excellent Tim Timmons and brought so much to this movie. The story is extremely powerful and really hit home for me. I definitely left feeling inspired. It was also nice to be able to see it in an empty theater with my girlfriend. I ended up singing along to the song at the end. I absolutely loved the story, soundtrack and everything about this. * Marcus Sheboygan Cinema
