Synopsis
Bullied by his siblings and nagged by his parents, 11-year-old Preston Waters is fed up with his family — especially their frugality. But he gets his chance to teach them a lesson when a money-laundering criminal nearly bulldozes Preston with his car and compensates the boy with a blank check. Preston makes the check out for $1 million and goes on a spending spree he'll never forget.

This film is very underrated. It's a hilarious film and any kid's dream!

A guilty pleasure mess of a film. A kid named Preston winds up with a million dollars. Due to a criminal giving him a blank check. Then a crooked banker gives Preston the crooks money, accidentally. When he filled the check out for a million dollars. Yet the silliest thing. Is how the hot female detective on the case decides to kiss Preston on the lips for no reason in end. I wonder how audiences would react if the film was made now. Even when I was little I knew I watching a bad movie. Yet, it kept my attention. It’s definitely one of Disney’s weakest live action films though.
