China O’Brien is actually quite the fun little martial arts movie. Good enough story with decent enough acting, but that isn't what makes this movie. For some reason, most of these direct-to-video martial arts romps tend to have well above average martial arts, and China O'Brien is no exception. That may, of course, have to do with the fact that my favorite badass martial artist Cynthia Rothrock is in it, but there's also some great fight choreography at work here. Anyway...China O'Brien is a fun hour and a half. Catch it if you can.
