Very very cheesy but very very awesome sing along movie.

Sheer fun. I laughed, I danced, I sung along.

One of my favourite musicals, such a feel good movie. Love Abba anyway and know all the words to their songs!

I love ABBA. I’m a hardcore fan who actually listened to these songs on the radio when they were new. That being said, this was the worst movie I have ever seen. And I don’t mean that as an exaggeration.

I hated this film the first time I saw it. I was a 15 year old, joy-hating teenager and hated any kind of cheesiness and singing, especially when sitting next to my mother unable to escape. This time round, I feel more grown-up and capable of leaving that cynical teenager behind. But by God was it difficult. I enjoy the general premise of the film but the style of it all, nah. What grates most is the over-acting, as if they just filmed the stageshow. It was cringing and the fact they seemed to ADR all the dialogue just jarred me. Don't get me wrong, it's fun but it certainly isn't a good film.
