Police story with erotic elements.

shot like a made for TV movie. Dennis Quaid's accent is annoyingly hit or miss from one scene, sometimes one sentence to the next. not exactly a likable character constantly preying upon his female partner on the case nearly unwatchable

The first thirty or so minutes didn't promise much but then you realise it was just a slow start for a quite enjoyable (someone would even say 'clever') story.
