[Fantasia '24] The film focuses on the description of the two main characters' different ways of expression: Janko does so through paintings that show his frustrations and his way of seeing the world, usually dark and mysterious, made from burnt wooden boards, while Miriam turns incident reports into a way of expressing her ability to observe. Although it may seem somewhat vague, the film speaks of emotional connections and the need to look to the future even if it is too uncertain. But the only way to get rid of the burden of the past is to leave the comfort zone.
