[Raindance FF '23] The film raises some philosophical questions about existence, but on an epidermal level, more interested in the study of characters who are affected in different ways by the possibility of real de-aging. The camera stays close, focusing on the characters and blurring the background to underline their individuality. The use of closed shots places the characters in front of transcendental decisions, because having a new opportunity doesn't only mean rewriting the previous life, but also choosing what kind of life one wants to have.
