*Spoiler alert*
What a huge let-down the 'big finale' was. Dunno if it was just that it was trying to deal with how it would be to have this one 'monster' in actual real world and sticking to that rather than making more of it than would be 'realistic' but it just fell flat, would have preferred a little more oompf. Shame, as it geared up to what I was hoping was going to be a decent ending but nah, it went from a 7 to a 6 just from that last episode alone.
Loving this show so far.
They did a terrible job casting and writing for the Holly Gibney character. She's my favorite character from the books, but none of what makes her special in the books comes through.
It started off great but has slowed to almost a complete halt. The book, as always, is so much better.
I’ve never done this cause I enjoy watching all types of shows and even when they are kinda bad I try to find something good about them, like Riverdale I made it a comedy series in my mind and that’s why I love it, but I have to say I DONT RECOMMEND THIS SHOW AT ALL! The first two episodes were so good, we had a mystery, a community affected by a shocking event, two grieving families, a conflicted detective and a clever lawyer, that sounds like a good formula right? Well for some reason all those elements started vanishing and we ended up with a dozen randoms eating fried chicken and the boogey man. It was so slow and looooong, it offered nothing new and it was so full of clichés, it had no reason being 10 episodes long and even tho I had a lot of free time this was a lost of my non precious at all time!
