Fluchtartig verlässt er New York City, um Tessa vor dem schädlichen Einfluss der Großstadt zu bewahren. In einem friedlichen Vorort soll seine Tochter zu einer verantwortungsvollen jungen Dame heranreifen. Doch für Tessa ist der Anblick der neuen Kunststoff-Welt – inklusive übertrieben gepflegter Rasenflächen und mit Hilfe plastischer Chirurgie üppig ausgestatteter Nachbarinnen – ein Grauen.

would have given an 8/9 but the final half-series let it down :( was such a good show
Great premise and for the most part, cast. Most of Season 1 focuses on the kids, which is where it shines, but as the season ends they shifted to focus more on the adults, which causes a lost of interest. Tudyk really shines as a whacko dentist but there is way too much Hines as she just drones on and on. Season 2 focuses too much on the adults. don't really buy sisto and hines as a couple either. Season 3 wraps it up in a pretty little bow. would rather see Tess and Dalia go off to college together...
Well The First Season was a 9 out of 10. They had a great Satirical View of a typical American Suburbia. The Second Season is a 7 out of 10. It had it's moment but much you know of Season 1 already. Not much changed but it was still great. The Third Season started low end ended good. So. First part of Season 3. 5 out of 10 and the other Part 8 out of 10.
Surprisingly this was a great show. Too bad they cancelled it. Sometimes I question the people that make these type of decisions. Anyway watch this show...
Shame, got the ax! I enjoyed this show, not the greatest, mostly enjoyed Dalia's true to life, vapid, emptiness of her character. I'll miss it!
