Wow, this killer was really brutal and f♥cked up. This is gonna sound weird but I enjoyed this documentary. Still kinda surprised that in early 2000s people in Korea, their thinking and Police itself were few steps back in that time.
A bunch of bumbling foolish cops! Unbelievable! Geez!
The story itself is very interesting and seeing how police worked in South Korea back then too, but the documentary is poorly made. Structured as it is, it would have been better as a one-part documentary.
