Jordan Roby

Jordan Roby is an assistant director in the film industry. His most notable work is on the hit TV series The Chosen (2017).

Jordan was born and raised in Norman, OK. He attended the University of Oklahoma and was selected as a student to produce, write, and direct the university's nationally televised institutional spot. Jordan graduated from OU in 2011 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.

In addition to his freelance producing, Jordan directed a documentary about collegiate athletes and their relationship with a Haitian orphanage that premiered on Fox Sports. Shortly thereafter, Jordan's film and TV career began on the set of August: Osage County as a stand-in for principal cast. Following that once-in-lifetime experience, he began to pursue assistant directing in Chicago and LA.
