Tony Curtis (* 3. Juni 1925 in New York City; † 29. September 2010 in Henderson, Nevada), bürgerlich Bernard Schwartz, war ein US-amerikanischer Filmschauspieler, Maler, Autor und Künstler. Curtis zählte zu den großen Hollywood-Stars. Filmgeschichte schrieb er unter anderem an der Seite von Marilyn Monroe und Jack Lemmon in dem Komödienklassiker Manche mögen’s heiß von Billy Wilder.
