Brian Horace Clemens war ein englischer Drehbuchautor und Fernsehproduzent.
Ab Mitte der 1950er-Jahre arbeitete Clemens als Drehbuchautor für die Danziger-Brüder und verfasste Dutzende von Drehbüchern für B-Filme und halbstündige Fernsehserien.
Er schrieb Drehbücher für die Thrillerserien „Der Unsichtbare“ (ITV, 1958–1959), „Sir Francis Drake“ (ITV, 1961–1962) und „Geheimauftrag für John Drake“ (ITV, 1960–1961; 1964–1967).
