Totally get why this one lands for a lot of people heavy drama, tight writing, Charlize and Frances acting like they’re trying to win two Oscars each but it’s just not my flavor of fun. More “mandatory workplace seminar” than movie-night banger. Strong craft, strong performances, but not something I would ever spin on my own without Movie Club dragging me into union grievances and Minnesota misery. Respectable… just not enjoyable.

Jaw Dropping movie,abslt Gem

An excellent movie based on true events about how sexual harassment was tackled in an environment where it was so natural to everybody, that few even considered that one could and should change it. A great performance by Charlize Theron.

North Country (2005) - ❤x7 Wow! Men were, are, and always be pigs! I'm a man and I'm embarrassed for our gender. It all just angers me! This type of behavior. And sadly it's only gotten marginally better. But, this is one of those movies everyone should watch.
