Looks like a story from a short feature that has been expanded with cliché situations and mundane dialogue. Altogether not a bad movie with some good scenes but Mei Fen Lim’s poor acting skills really keeps you cringing all the way. Good effort.

[AFFBCN'21] The city is shown in hypnotic B/W with its luminous buildings, as if they were the reflection of a futuristic world, which is therefore unattainable. A pessimistic look at life in a modern city. The urban landscape as a fantasy background that is almost impossible to access, the cruel reality in the face of aspirations. Kuala Lumpur as a prison in which it is not possible to free the imagination.
