Handlung
Der Call-Center-Manager Todd aus Seattle wird gefeuert. Nein, gefeuert ist nicht das richtige Wort. Heutzutage wird ausgelagert, oder auf Neudeutsch `outgesourced'. In diesem Fall wird Todd nach Indien geschickt, wo der Amerikaner freundliche, aber chaotische Einheimische an amerikanisches Call-Center-Niveau anpassen soll, um die Umsätze des Unternehmens zu steigern. Obendrein soll er dort seinen eigenen Nachfolger einarbeiten!

A very enjoyable, if mostly predictable, watch.

This was a surprisingly sweet comedy. I think what it did best was show the differences between two cultures while not beating anyone over the head with stereotypes. I think the key to the movie (and probably in dealing with people of cultures different than your own) is to be open to the experience and just let go.
