A somewhat simply produced behind the scenes feature. Cuts mostly between webcam interviews and clips of the anime. The subject of all the interviews is the UK English dubbed version by Manga Entertainment, interviewing the creators of that dub. That makes this much less interesting to me than if they had interviewed some of the creators of the original Japanese version, which is honestly what I was expecting and hoping for going into this. There's still a few interesting insights to be taken away from this, however. Mostly about how anime was dubbed back in the 90s, but this was definitely not what I was looking for from a making-of feature about this anime.
