Definitely the weakest of the trilogy. The footage is more believable this time around, how they're put together is very neat, and I really like the production. The problem with this final chapter is it's barely creepy and spends way too much time worrying about flashbacks. I feel like at this point the hotel loses its mystique. There are so many creepy mannequins there that can be effectively utilized but they choose not to. Still, it's not that terrible as far as found footage film series go. It wraps up the trilogy rather nicely, there's some enjoyable aspects, and it's cool to see the returning characters.
This one is better than the second one, thanks to the less convoluted nature of the story line. Ties back to old loose ends quite nicely. I would say that the first part of the film was a little slowly paced with an over-reliance on Flashback moments. Characters or definitely more well-rounded and likable compared to some of the people in the second film. Glad I watched this trilogy even if it's not perfect.
The first _Hell House LLC_ (2015) is really good, the second was okay, this one is just bad. What might be the biggest problem, is that it relies far too much on the previous movies, in the sense that it will cut to scenes when references are made. Come on! This is part three in a series of films! Do you really think people are watching this, but haven't seen the first two? The next problem is the acting. With this being found footage, the acting needs to read as natural, which can't be easy for trained actors, since they have a tendency to.... you know... act! Having just watched _Lake Mungo_ (2008), I can say that it's the best found-footage movie in terms of the production, and acting - I didn't like the movie, however it nailed the realistic feel perfectly. _Hell House LLC Three_ does not feel real. The camera work, editing, and acting make it feel exactly like what it is: a cheap movie. Of course, this is a horror movie, how are the scares? Pretty weak, and few. The limited scares we get are mere regurgitations from the first movie. There may be a creepy moment or two, but if you've seen the first two movies, you know the tricks. This story offers nothing new. I cannot recommend this one. Just go watch the first movie again.

Like cheap vodka in a baby bottle over and over again: it was fun the first time, it still has a kick but you really wish they'd change the formula. Unlike the Paranormal Activity franchise, Hell House LLC had a surprisingly good initial effort but had nowhere to go after that. At least this third installment was better than the sequel, but it really is the same film on replay.
