Ok, this movie really gets two different types of ratings. Yes, on a normal scale this movie is a 0.5 ouf of 5 bad. Just a total mess of a "professional" film that it deserves nothing really. But... that terribleness makes it fun to watch. So on a scale of entertainment it gets a 4 out of 5 from me. I have had debates about how this film should be officially rated while at work. Should you watch this? Yea, if you like watching a bad movie for how crazy it is. Just don't go in expecting a great action film. Go in expecting some good laughs.

So bad it's just bad with sprinklings of over the top wtf-ery. If the opening "friends for eternity" jingle doesnt hook you, nothing will... Points for some fun ninja fighting scenes, otherwise it's just a movie that should really be forgotten on a drunken night. It's so bad it's good value is unfortunately pretty low. It's just 80s cheese.
