Very imaginative! They nailed the way a cat behaves in the animation at the beginning of the movie. Cute, funny, and heartfelt. Definitely worth a watch.
❤x7 If you are looking for something fun, cute, heartfelt, and sweet to watch. Then this is for you. The first 15 minutes or so, are quite sad as it shows Sam's lifelong string of bad luck and yet somehow she manages to keep her spirits high. How I rate: 1-3 ❤ = seriously! don't waste your time 4-6 ❤ = you may or may not enjoy this 7-8 ❤ = I expect you will like this too 9-10 ❤ = movies and TV shows I really love!
Quite boring. I expected more from an Apple production. Script was quite boring and predicated. As if it was written by someone following a university course: how to write a story. Way too many weird stereotypes. Cat’s animation was on point.
Cute, imaginative and beautiful animation good movie to watch with kids. Felt a bit long in some parts but overall I lucked it!
**Entertaining, cute, touching animation movie** First fully animated feature film by Skydance Media, Luck is a spanish-american co-production and involves a highly experienced animation expert as producer: John Lasseter. 'Luck' is highly entertaining, touching (the background story of Sam and her struggle with her new life) and is created with a lot of heart, wonderful details and fleshed out characters that it's simply a joy to watch this exciting movie. In comparison with recent animation releases like 'Minions 2' (2022), 'Lightyear' (2022) or 'The Sea Beast' (2022), 'Luck' surprises by its clever story, lovely characters, fine humor and stunning ideas and leaves the competitors behind. 'Luck' is not innovative - but to be honest, what is? And it doesn't have to be -, but has a touching story motivated by the characters and has a good message (and by far not that thick dripping honey like in 'The Sea Beast') which makes the film very likeable. Highly recommended. Give it a chance and enjoy.
