Absolutely a waste of time.

The worst thing I can say about "The Innkeepers" is that I just watched it and I can barely remember a single thing about it. It moved at a snail's pace, but I'm normally okay with that. The fact that there was no action or gore was also just fine with me. But what actually happened? The movie was interesting at first, but moved too slowly and offered little in the way of clues. At this point, I think Claire was personally seeing ghosts and no one else was. My hope was that the Director was building up to something and my anticipation would be rewarded. Silly me. I don't have the desire or patience to sit through this again and see what I may have missed, either.

Worst horror movie ever....

Cut out 1 hour and 20 minutes and it’s a great short film. With a good cast, plenty of atmosphere, and solid camerawork, I was expecting to like it more. I mean the film is watchable, but there isn’t much going on that separates it from the typical haunted house fare. The strongest element of the film is the relationship between the main duo. Still, I much prefer some of West's other works.
