A beautifully animated, non-stop action filled 100 minute One Piece blast! Have been watching One Piece for the past 3 years, just past the halfway point of the anime, loving every minute of it. It's the biggest shonen creation ever in my book. Even bigger then Dragon Ball. It will be a historic moment when this manga where the anime is based on will finish. Curious, real curious to find out what kind of end game Oda has in mind. This movie is just a greatest hits, many fan favorite characters show up, it looks amazing, the action never stops, humor is still there. Every character gets its moment and the moment the iconic "We Are" theme song kicks in, the smile on my face got even bigger. This is all I wanted out of my One Piece movie. Big win!

Oh man. Where do I start?! It was refreshing! The Straw Hats were all dressed amazing. Luffy, Usopp, and Chopper were able to be the silly trio that they are. The main villain was mean. He was well written, but an absolute jerk. How dare he?! Only complaint was that Jinbe wasn't in the movie. The Fish Uncle is a Straw Hat! He deserves to be loved!!! :(

A nonstop fan pleaser, yes. I'm surprised One Piece fans that commend the manga on its great plots still buy into this kind of empty spectacle.

To watch it canonically it's best to watch it around episode 896.

bruh i'm not even done this movie yet, but what's even happening??????? the animation is nice i guess and the straw hats' outfits are cute. but what is this plot????? the big bad's overpowered devil fruit. HUHHHH???? like the animation is nice but the plot is whack. Everyone who has ever appeared is in this movie and it just really makes no sense lmao edit: i finished. good god what a truly awful movie.
