Honestly, I really enjoyed it. Certainly not quite what the title promises and not the highest quality production, but I have seen it completely without even reaching for the mobile phone, which even today's productions rarely succeed. I love the 60s charm, the look and the techno-babbel. It is also strongly reminiscent of Time Tunnel. 7/10

Based on the title, I thought I'd be watching something unique, that this would start as a time travel movie, but go somewhere different. What is the, "center of time"? It's not that kind of film at all. This was totally standard time travel stuff. There was effort made to create something compelling. Confusing editing and what I have to guess were serious budget constraints took this from a movie that could've been enjoyable to what it is, predictable, confounding time travel schlock.
