When it came out, I watched this so many times with my young son. He loved it - so I loved watching it with him It is, in all honesty, a bit naff, but then it isn't made for parents, it's made to inspire the imagination of young people I think it does that

Tall Tales are great to read. But that's why you can't see them. You imagination fills in the blanks. By making this concrete, it loses its mythic quality. I love these characters and this was disappointing. I guess I'll just have to wait for the Mike Fink movie.
