The funniest worst movie ever! I couldn't stop laughing.

I'm pretty sure much of the intended comedy was lost in translation. However, it was still funny at times although never reaching the universal comedic appeal Chow generated in his previous movies. I am on the fence about the third act's tonal shift and I don't quit think it blended well into the absurdist comedy. Still a good watch though.

Completely entertaining. Completely insane and full of nonsense This is the story of a mermaid's home being destroyed by a trillionaire and she is sent to seduce and assassinate him. You read that right. Filled with gorgeous special effects, over the top acting, action and characters and the most bizarre storyline you could imagine. Utterly original and really in need of stronger medication. You won't believe your eyes. At all. 9/10

One of my all time Favourite films, Stephen Chow creates a quirky world with over the top character that also feel real, with the climax making me incredibly emotional, highly recommend
