Handlung
Scooby, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy und Fred sind auf dem Weg zu einem Vergnügungspark, weil Daphne dort ihre Lieblings-Band KISS bei ihrem Halloween-Konzert sehen will. Vor Ort erfahren die Freunde jedoch, dass im Park seit Längerem eine Hexe ihr Unwesen treibt und ein Monster herbeirufen will, das die Erde zerstören soll. It's as creative as it's stoned, and I certainly could've enjoyed more if it wasn't so extremely blinky, especially during the final confrontation, however short it might've been.
