Bom filme, um belo filme de ação clássico, a trama é bacana e as cenas de ação são bem feitas.
Çerezlik aksiyon filmlerin bir tanesi. Dövüş sahneleri iyi ama konusu bilindik ve zayıf.
This feels like a revenge movie assembled from spare parts and bad decisions. The opening credits are honestly one of the best things in it, because they briefly suggest a level of style and confidence the rest of the movie absolutely cannot maintain. After that, you get a decent enough premise, plenty of gore, and a vigilante setup that might have worked if the script had not kept asking you to swallow one ridiculous choice after another. The biggest one is the whole jackpot angle, which feels less like a clever twist and more like the screenwriter pulling numbers out of a hat. Even the basic logic falls apart fast: if this guy suddenly has that much money, why is he still running around doing his own dirty work instead of hiring mercenaries and staying home? Other viewers were already complaining that the ending is a letdown and the movie does not really deliver on its own title, which feels painfully accurate. In the end, it’s brutal and bloody enough to hold your attention for stretches, but the acting is mediocre, the ending is dumb, and the whole thing has that soon-forgotten straight-to-streaming smell. Mediocre, messy, and not nearly as clever as it thinks it is.
This was Joe’s choice for our weekly swap. This was definitely pretty solid. The action and fight choreography was excellent. I just wasn’t as into the way the story moved. I liked the way the movie opened and the plot. I just felt like some of the pacing was inconsistent. I did like the lead character and the supporting cast. They were likable characters that I was rooting for. The entire final act was really well done and had some incredible fight scenes. It’s definitely something I’d say enjoyed and would probably rewatch it again someday. * Movie swapping with Joe
Had the potential to be a standout in the revenge thriller genre, but it ultimately falls short of its promise. While the production values are decent, the film doesn't offer anything new beyond blood and gore, making it forgettable in a genre that thrives on innovation. On the bright side, the casting and visual style -particularly the comic-inspired animation aesthetic-add a unique flair.Watchable, but it's hard to shake the feeling that it could have been so much more.
