Violence Violence Violence I don't like it, I avoid. Movies like these are much needed break from the mass movies which is just giant scale Aura Farming.
A tycoon—with his son being a bitter, lost cause and his daughter betrothed to our idli-shop owner Sivanesan's only son—is stuck in an acid puddle. And the remedy? Punches, kicks, gunshots, fire, and a poetic justice of a batter. Except for the below-par songs, which failed to interest me with either the music or the visuals, it actually managed to keep me thoroughly engaged for over two hours straight. There was nothing extraordinary about the shots; no commendable artistry in the making. The writing is very linear and predictable. The screen is crammed with cringe jokes and emotional scenes, which lets it be an entertainer. I was absolutely enthralled by Nithya Menon's delivery, by the way. Quite quaint a story of legacy, love, life and loss. This could be watched once.
