Many movies have been made in this style. This movie was made with a small number of people and the acting was very good. The lead actress was very beautiful and had a special sympathy. This is the first time I am writing this for a movie. If you like this kind of movies, definitely watch it. Thank you for your efforts.
Worth hanging in to the end. One of those films that starts off looking a bit like some cheesy coastal teenage love story, but seems that the movie crew really got into this story as the movie goes on and the tension builds. A pleasant well-done thriller.
This had potencial on paper but the execution is half-baked and frustrating. I wasn't sold on the first act at all, gave off bad shark movie vibes but with beautiful landscapes. The crash looked like trash with awful camerawork and video game level CGI. The second act arrives and I was on board! The villains are evil and intriguing, some twisted stuff, and I really wanted the protagonists to get out of there. It was going so well but it hit a brick wall in the third act. It had everything to do well, the new set was nice and the circumstances were there to do something epic but it's filled with dumb decision making and questionnable writing. How many times do you need to be told to look for a beacon? So frustrating! It never knows when to end, at least 15 minutes could have been cut out at the end it's so unnecessary. Nice set for the boats, average acting, terrible pacing, and the thrills are hit and miss. Best moment was the swimming pig.
This could have been so much more. It started well in first gear with decent enough acting, nicely filmed and edited. The accident was laughable but put the survivors in a scary situation which kicked the film into second gear. The boat was not only a ridiculously lucky stumble but the fisherman himself was so dumb and such a bad actor. It was painful to watch - pun intended. The doctor was a better actor - bringing an air of creepiness to the movie which was much needed. The fight and escape was good, but the slow drawn out climax was frustrating and ruined the pace that it should have had. Overall, don’t bother and 5/10.
Very slow, predictable and boring 3/10.
