I really liked the first 3 seasons of this show a lot, but wow is this 4th season a bore... I am having a hard time watching the episodes. I don't care for the new storylines at all.
Were we supposed to be on the side of "Mars colonization at whatever cost"? I couldn't get behind that, and so the central conflict of the show was not very engaging.
I think the benefits of getting the asteroid to orbit Earth far outweighed getting it to orbit Mars. So I couldn't get behind the Ghost Ops crew/mission. Were we supposed to be cheering them on? It really seemed like we were.
It’s still a really solid show, but I found it less entertaining than the first few. The story is still interesting and exciting, but some of the new characters, like Miles, didn’t struck with me. Also, don’t like the old man make up on Ed.
This season was ok but after the finale it all felt more like a setup for the next season. The stakes where not as high as the previous seasons and the personal drama storylines not that interesting, with the exception of Margo. poor poor woman.
