Jan Rippe guesses that "Aja baja kaka smaka" (Aja baja, cookie tasty) was one of the things David Sundin had said to him at the start of the Surprise memory test task. “Aja baja” is a light Swedish scolding term used to, for example, remind toddlers not to touch something. The second part of what he said – “kaka smaka” – also rhymes in Swedish.

Alfred Svensson mutters to himself that "Vi kommer aldrig få sätta på honom" (We’ll never get to turn him on), while his team struggles to complete the Turn on D.A.V.I.D. task. Just as in English, the phrase ‘turn on’ can be interpreted sexually in Swedish.

At the end of the Delay David from reading the task brief task, David Sundin congratulates the team of Christine Meltzer, Gina Dirawi, and Olle Sarri with the words "Bra jobbat, eventuellt" (Good job, possibly).
