Kate Humble makes her way to Nepal looking for the country’s last community of nomads, the Raute people. These hunter-gatherers move camp every couple of weeks through the steeply wooded hills and mountains but they are now feeling pressured to settle is one place from Nepal’s government.

Kate continues her travels with the Nenets reindeer herder in the Siberian tundra. When the temperature drops to a shocking-54C, her journey looks in jeopardy.

Kate makes her way deep into the southern Gobi Desert in Mongolia to live with an extended family of Cashmere goat and yak herders.
