From the very beginning of mistaken identity, I was swept up in this drama of romance, court intrigue and peril. Great writing, great performances, beautiful period recreation, thrilling drama, I give this KDrama an 8 (great love story) out of 10. [Romantic Drama].

Sageuk's embroidered with betrayals , tragedies , revenge , misunderstanding/miscommunications and [spoiler] bad endings ; but for a change Trackt spoiled me with episode screenshot of a possible of good ending the one of the reason i picked the show[/spoiler] and the other reason was Chae-Won she will be remembered as the woman who portrays characters that fight for their love ex: Flower of Evil and Innocent Man unlike most damsels in K-drama world where FL don't put much effort This was certainly a good ; like most sageuks it has its draw back and even if you are frustrated with them do watch this show as it gives [spoiler] a satisfying ending which is rare.[/spoiler] Excellent characters and given the fact that both Lee Se Ryung and Kim Seung Yoo don't exist in history book and are fictional characters slight changes are made in the depicting of Prince Suyang 's biography portraying him in a negative yet tragic role . The chemistry of the star crossed lovers is excellent ; both Park Si-Hoo and Moon Chae-Won kick off the show nicely . Their Joseon style "Romeo and Juliet" tale is certainly heart wrenching and so is Princess Kyung Hee [spoiler] The should have found atleast a decent looking husband [/spoiler] Overall this is one of the Sagueks I would recommend although I am averted to this genre ; so you can definitely try.
