Alright . Entertaining enough. Sorta clocked what was gonna happen before it did.
I enjoyed this one. I definitely was surprised by the ending.
Pretty awful in truth. Insulting to think that well to do types with legal friends would fail to instigate legal assistance immediately and this plot hole ruins the story. A story which in truth was massively dragged out as it was blindingly obvious who was responsible from about the third episode.
I liked it really a lot. A complex story and interesting characters, great acting, especially from Diane Kruger. A hidden gem, one of the best tv shows I watched the last months.
Ahh, this was a surprisingly good binge. I genuinely had no idea what direction the story was heading in until the very end, but the progression toward it was worthwhile. I liked how the writing gave you enough time to assume while outlining the dangers of what assuming can do. 'Little disasters' blown up into complete disasters. From parenting, marriage, motherhood, and friendship to public services like the NHS, social services, and law enforcement, the messages and motifs were so well executed. All topped off with striking performances from such an underrated cast. Not a single weak act.
