Finally Chen Duling grabbed a FL role but only to overshadowed by Zhou Yichen as if the goddess didn't really matter weak , no chemistry with ML ; but she acted really well as usual . Mrs. Pei is also cool never seen a badass archer that can fit on equal footing aganist devils with magic but a pity her story with brother is kinda watereddown and dragged. So is the plot in general for the show dragged ; the big devil knows whats happening is all powerful but had to let the puny humans and bff devil manipulated him all the way to the [spoiler] death .... [/spoiler] Even in the extra episode ending is with Yichen and not Xiao .. that tells you the priorities of the show its just a fan service bundle into a little sensible plot.
