He is the very mediocre lord of the rings lol

This was just okay to me. Occasionally the animation would look beautiful, but it was really very inconsistent, the same goes for the artwork. The story is pretty generic, as was the world building. Some of the characters are more fleshed out than others, even though they supposedly all hold the same weight to the story. The MC is okay, but extremely insufferable at times...another dude scared of women. The ecchi stuff wasn't too overbearing, and it's not like some others where there are panty shots every 2 minutes...but there were definitely times where it felt like they were just trying to fit it into the episode. Overall....pretty mediocre, but I've definitely watched worse. I'd check out a season 2, I'm just pretty ambivalent about it.

It‘s just too corny and the world building is very rushed so the watcher can not connect and care about the world.

It was alright, aside from the really terrible MC and the weak animation. I can usually overlook poor animation, but a bad MC ruins it for me. And at this point, it’s almost guaranteed that MCs in harems are just poorly written, annoying characters, with very few exceptions. His screeching voice was so unbearably annoying that I wanted to smack him in the face.
