Listen, I like this show but two things have been killing me for a while now which were major points again during this episode. Firstly if you knock someone’s head into a wall they do not fall unconscious that easily. Half a dozen people were knocked unconscious with a bang to the head and not a single one got back up. Secondly how many people has Colter killed at this point and just gone on his merry way? Dude is racking up a body count that should make police at least give him a hard time.
