Such a nice concept. Unfortunately the show is awful. The ideas seem so random and generic. It's like they always went with the very first thought that popped into their heads and as such very few things seems coherent. It's also too long and drags on and on and on. It kind of seems it should have ended about halfway through but instead we get to suffer through 12 more episodes for some reason. Avoid this.

Mid AF. I like the premise. A photo-journalist has to save a lil' girl from some Epstein cult and in the process expose how deep the rabbit hole goes. Could've been good, but is wasted with needlessly edgy, overly violent/super pervy tone. Shallow plot and characters and a very predictable ending. At times makes a big emotional speech about doing the right thing, and fight power; the next is some distasteful horny af shot of a fucking underage girl. This show wants to have cake and eat it too, but falls on his ass all the way. Sucks at trying to be deep and touches sensitive topics with the grace of a gorrilla with a machine gun, and the action is also super forgettable/boring. I had fun with the toxic but loyal latina ex/lover dynamic. I like the irony of a photo journalist being curse with killing anything they shoot with PTSD post war coverage. Maybe the protagonist ain't all that good, maybe the antagonist had a more compelling reason to be so evil. There are a ton of half baked ideas all around the show that could've build towards something with substance. But it never does.
