Its a decent show ; as it starts as a medical drama , then tees off as corrupt corporate and political vendetta revenge story. It has many flaws which include the story , execution and the romance; they should have avoided this ! Nevertheless i like how Jaden Lee and Yim Yuna are a pair that go after their dreams with no regrets where as Yi-Han and Su-kyoung had a mountain of regret to climb before they could even dream a little. Lee Kyung-young seems to trying to best villain around in korea (both IRL and on television) given his IRL scandals he fits right to be hated in the shows.

i hate Lee Kyoung-Young and skip everytime he comes on screen. I don't even bother to learn his name. - so many plot holes - i was hoping there will be more medical scenes
