The first semi-final took place on the 2nd of February 2019 at the Scandinavium arena in Gothenburg. A total of 7,158,333 votes were cast throughout the show with a total of 573,040 SEK collected for Radiohjälpen.

The second semi-final took place on the 9th of February 2019 at the Malmö Arena in Malmö.
