Can’t really put my finger on whether just this season was bad, or the entire show was bad and I was just younger and enjoyed it. Regardless though, it’s absolute trash 💀
I HATE how they treated Max this season. Yes the way she acted last season was also horrible but them purposely pushing her away and saying “maybe we just grew apart” blah blah blah really? So messed up
Season 3 gotta be the best of all the seasons
While rewatching S1 and S2, all I felt was Georgia should be punished for all the crimes she has committed. Ginny had this whole monologues about how everything is her mother's fault and she trying everything to piss of her mom by doing exactly what she ask's her not to do, all I hoped was I hope she is held accountable for everything she does. After watching S3 and my above request becoming a reality I didn't love it for few reasons 1- Quick witted Georgia become wine sipping sloth most of the season. 2- If the whole point was to make Joe the new love interest at least give him more than 30 minutes of screen time in total. 3- At this point ship Marcus into Military or something , every time it looks like they setup a story for him they throw it out of the window stating depression/alcohol. 4- There was one clip of stepdad and this plotline vanished for just like his "hand".
I binged season one and two last year, and I enjoyed them much more than I had expected. So I was looking forward to the new one, and at times it delivered what I love about it, but overall I liked it a lot less than the first two. The biggest problem is that the actors can't convincingly play teens anymore. They should really do a time jump for next season, but I don't think they will.
